Raeflower Holistics was birthed from a dream…
To reinvigorate community connection with the land and its medicine. Taylor Rae, Founder of Raeflower Holistics, is a community herbalist, educator, archivist, and clayworker whose work centers Black land traditions. In an effort to tell the stories of her ancestors and advocate for her peoples, Raeflower Holistics aims to create accessible knowledge of plants, the body, and our ancestral teachings. With this work, she hopes to uplift community, invigorate reciprocal land relationships, and reignite our collective power in navigating our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
To Root and Rekindle
Lessons from the land and musings from their majesty~ this blog follows my return to my roots in the land through my earthwork practices as an Herbalist, a Clayworker, and a single drop of dew resting on a flower’s rays.
Connecting to Our Roots: Harvest and Hibernation (Herbal Foundations)
It’s official! Connecting to Our Roots is one year old. I wish to express the most immense gratitude to all who have engaged in co-cultivating this teaching and learning space with me over the last year. I am touched and truly honored. I have so much excitement for how this class will continue to bloom as we build, learn, and commune together. Click below to learn more and join this growing community!
